What is AFLTV?
AFLTV is an 'out of market' subscription based service offering live streams and on demand replays of the Australian
'Out of market' means any country outside of Australia.
The service allows you to watch AFL games in real time on your personal computers, tablets and mobile devices. You
can then catch up on any of the action you've missed (or fancy watching again) with our On Demand service.
As part of the license for our product, AFL TV, we unfortunately do not hold the digital rights for content in Australia.
The AFL do offer their AFL Live iTunes and Google Play app to replace this (http://www.afl.com.au/mobile). This is a
separate service, managed by Telstra, and allows those in Australia to access to stream live games and watch
What subscription packages will be available?
AFLTV will offer several subscription packages throughout the season, including:
Access to the entire 2013 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, Finals Series and 2013 Toyota
AFL Grand Final.
As a bonus for season pass subscribers, fans will also get access to the Brownlow
Medal, All Australian and Hall of Fame broadcasts
Access to all 2013 Toyota AFL Premiership season matches played for 7 days (168 hours)
from the date and time of the purchase of the pass
Monthly Recurring Pass
Access to all 2013 Toyota AFL Premiership season matches played for 30 days (720 hours)
from the date and time of the purchase of the pass
Mid Season Pass
Access to all 2013 Toyota AFL Premiership season matches played from Round 13 onwards.
Access to all 2013 AFL Finals series excluding the 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final
Grand Final Pass
Access to the 2013 Toyota AFL Grand Final
Not all passes described above are currently available but will be made available in
the coming weeks, if you register with AFLTV today we'll keep you up to date as new
passes are released.
Streaming Video Resolution
We currently stream to multiple devices in the following formats and bit rates.

AFLTV is a fully licensed product of the Australian Football League – granting us
the rights to stream and distribute their content and offer subscriptions to
How much is an AFLTV subscription?
An AFLTV Season pass, entitling you to watch the 2013 AFL and NAB Cup LIVE and On
Demand through your desktop, tablet and mobile, is $120 AUD.
The great news is that we are currently offering a free subscription to the 2013 NAB
Cup, allowing you to watch 18 NAB Cup games LIVE and On Demand through your desktop,
tablet and mobile.
Please note the following NAB Cup games will not be available via the AFLTV service:
Gold Coast v North Melbourne (Round 2), GWS Giants v Brisbane Lions (Round 2), Port
Adelaide v Melbourne (Round 2), Melbourne v St Kilda (Round 3), Fremantle v Western

What are my payment options?
Currently we support payment through Paypal, and will soon be launching a
full credit card payment system.
How will I be charged?
The payment for an AFLTV Season pass is taken in one instalment and is withdrawn from
your account at the time you confirm your account.
Users subscribing to just the 2013 NAB Cup pass will not be required to provide any
payment details and will not be billed for the use of the service at any time.
Are all games and teams available to watch?
With an AFL Season Pass, provided you are outside of Australia, you are able to watch every game in the 2013 AFL season and all broadcast games in the NAB Cup. There are currently no plans to restrict or blackout individual games or teams to eligible viewers.
Can I subscribe to watch just an individual team, or one off match?
Currently we are offering an all-inclusive Season Pass subscription – giving you
access to every game and team. To register your interest in purchasing a single team or
single match subscriptions please contact us at email@example.com and
we will keep you up to date with any new subscription options.
I am unable to register for AFLTV – can you help me?
We're sorry to hear that you’re having issues registering for AFLTV –

we'll do our best to get you up and running in no time.
I've registered for AFLTV but my login details are not working – can
someone look into this?
We're always happy to help but before contacting us try to access the 'Forgotten Password' page and reset your
login details – this will send you an automatic email with a brand new password.
Should you continue to have issues from there please contact us at email@example.com and
we will crack the code and get you into the site.
How can I change my personal details or password?
There are times when you'll move house, change your phone number or want to refresh
your password - we all do that from time to time. Should you need to change any of your
personal details or your password you first need to be logged into your account –
from there you'll see the 'My Account' button at the top of the page. Within the
‘My Account’ section you'll then find a 'Personal Details' section.
I've missed the start of the match – am I able to watch a

How do I view AFLTV games on my tablet or mobile device?
You can view all AFLTV games and highlights through your usual browser – our
website is optimised to give you the best mobile experience possible.
Why are my games slow to load or constantly buffering?
At AFLTV we try to accommodate all internet users and hope that the qualities available
in our player will meet your needs. To switch between qualities you can select the
'Quality Cog' on the player itself and switch between Hi, Medium and Low. If you still
experience issues when watching the games on the Low quality it could mean that your
internet bandwidth is too low or restricted.
We'd recommend that you have a minimum connection of 3mbps to enjoy AFLTV.
I think I’ve found a bug with the AFLTV Service – what should I

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to leave AFLTV – please let us know if there
is anything we can do to improve your experience and convince you to stay with us.

Am I eligible for a refund?
At AFLTV we like to treat each case individually and don't offer one blanket refund
